it was real easy to do in the crock pot........i just cleaned the pork real good made up the sauce poured it in and let it cook until it was totally shredded..real tender..did go in and keep checking the pork..moved it around..it was about 6hrs i think on high to med........depending on your crock pot..........oh yea i sprayed the crock with pam to help in cleaning.. served it on hamburger buns and some had it with coleslaw on the bun too..
